It was decided that copies should be sent to the Governor (Sir Mark Young) to Mr. Gimson, and two copies to Brigadier MacDougall in Hong Kong, two copies being retained in this Office. should accordingly be grateful if you would have these copies made for the purposes indicated above with the necessary drafts to Sir Mark Young and Mr. Gimson for Mr. Gent's signature.
